LCRA is in Stage 2 of its Drought Contingency Plan (DCP) effective immediately. While combined storage of Lakes Travis and Buchanan is above 900,000 acre-feet, the winter inflows into the lakes are lower than 25% of the historical average.
Irrigation is now allowed only ONE day per week, based on the last digit in address.
