Our thoughts remain with all Texans affected by the devastating flooding last weekend.
Due to the flooding and subsequent rain events, inflows into the Highland Lakes remain elevated. Please know that WCID No. 17 staff continue to monitor conditions closely. We consistently monitor the water collected from Lake Travis in the process of treating it at our water treatment plants for distribution to our customers.
Our highest priority is, and will always be, to provide safe and reliable water and wastewater services to our community. We will continue to closely monitor the situation and follow LCRA’s Drought Contingency Plan in order to determine any necessary updates to our current stage of watering restrictions.
