It is with mixed emotions that the District announces the retirement of longtime team member Mary Estrada.
Mary joined us in May 2000 as a Billing Representative and has since advanced to Team Lead of the department. Her dedication to serving customers, deep knowledge of the District’s operations, and consistently positive attitude have been appreciated by all.
Employees and customers alike have come to rely on Mary for answers, always delivered with a smile. Over the years, she has not only witnessed significant growth within the District but has also played an active role in its improvement, regularly offering suggestions to enhance both customer and staff satisfaction.
Mary will be greatly missed, but we are excited for all that the future holds for her. Congratulations on your retirement, Mary!
