The District’s Leadership Team includes the Chief Executive Officer & General Manager Jason Homan, Chief Operating Officer Joe Kunz and Chief Financial Officer Veronica Ellis.
The mission of the ELT is to articulate purpose, set a clear and actionable strategy for achieving that purpose, and most importantly motivate and empower the District’s employees to succeed through clear communications partnered with actionable strategic planning.
The District is empowered among other things to purchase, construct, operate and maintain all works, improvements, facilities and plants necessary for the supply and distribution of water; the collection, transportation, and treatment of wastewater; and the control and diversion of storm water. The District is a taxing authority, and may issue bonds and other forms of indebtedness to purchase or construct such facilities.
