What to Report

Help protect our local creeks and Lake Travis by reporting anything that could pollute stormwater. Common issues to report include:

  • Illicit discharges: Anything entering a storm drain or waterway that isn’t rainwater (e.g. soapy water, paint, oil, sewage, or dirty construction runoff).
  • Illegal dumping: Trash, yard waste, or hazardous materials dumped in streets, ditches, creeks, or near storm drains.
  • Spills and leaks: Oil, fuel, or chemical spills; leaking dumpsters or containers that could wash into the storm system.

Other concerns:
Strange odors, discolored water, dead fish, erosion from construction sites, or blocked drains causing flooding.

Not sure if it’s a stormwater issue? Report it anyway — we’ll take a look.
