Idalia Cazares is an accomplished Human Resources leader with more than 20 years of experience driving HR and operational excellence across both private and public sector organizations. She specializes in benefits administration, risk management, strategic planning, payroll, and talent acquisition, partnering with executive teams to enhance organizational development, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
Idalia began her career in the private sector, spending 16 years in key administrative roles, and holds an MBA from the University of Texas Rio Grande Valley. She is an active member of SHRM and TMHRA and was honored with the WCID No. 17 General Manager’s Excellence Award in 2023.
