WCID No. 17 is excited to announce the implementation of a new billing system which includes an advanced service portal for our customers. This update makes it easier and more convenient for our customers to manage their account.
Customers can register to use the new platform by visiting https://www.municipalonlinepayments.com/traviscowcidtx or by scanning the QR code below. Once there, customers can view their statement, view account balance, pay their bill, and sign up for paperless billing. Customers can also manage their accounts by calling 1-833-795-7142 and following the prompts at their convenience. Select option 4 to enroll for text payments.

*For customers using BILL PAY through their financial institution, please be sure to update your financial institution with your NEW account number so the payment is applied to your account.
