The District’s Billing system payment processing vendor has recently instituted a fee of $1.95 for payments via e-check (ACH). Please know there are several options to avoid paying a processing fee which include mailing payment, paying in person with cash or check, or depositing in the mail slot located by the flagpole near the front entrance of the WCID No. 17 office at 3812 Eck Lane.
