Maintenance & Assets Manager
Paden Stanley joined Travis County WCID No. 17 in 2021 as the Districts’ Maintenance & Asset Manager. Mr. Stanley is responsible for over $320M in assets across a 25 square mile service area. He leads a team of 22 service and maintenance technicians who ensure the District’s systems are taken care of for today and tomorrow.
Mr. Stanley oversees all planned, preventive, and corrective maintenance to ensure the district can operate safely and efficiently to provide a safe, reliable, potable water and sanitary sewer solution throughout the district’s service area. He is additionally responsible for the adequate planning and asset assessment that will allow the District to maximize the lifespan and value of its critical assets
Prior to his career with WCID No. 17, Mr. Stanley spent over 10 years in the maintenance management field across a number of industries including manufacturing, heat treating, and commercial refrigeration. Prior to that he also served 6 years in the U.S Army where he was responsible for the maintenance and reliability of over a million dollars in assets, while also leading, training and developing soldiers to be able to successfully maintain equipment while forward deployed around the globe.
