Amended Impact Fees – Public Hearings

Notice is hereby given pursuant to Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 395, that the Board of Directors of Travis County Water Control and Improvement District No. 17 (the “District”) will hold public hearings, beginning at 6:45 p.m., at its regular meeting, open to the public, on Thursday, December 17, 2020, that opens at 6:00 p.m.

If authorized by the Office of the Governor, the public hearing will be held remotely in accordance with the Office of the Governor’s March 16, 2020 proclamation, as extended, suspending certain open meetings statutes in response to the current COVID-19 pandemic and statewide disaster declaration. Members of the public will be able to participate in the hearings remotely.  If the Office of the Governor’s proclamation is not extended, the public hearing will be held at the District’s offices, located at 3812 Eck Lane, Austin, Texas 78734.

The purpose of the public hearings are to consider the amendment of land use assumptions and capital improvement plans, and the imposition of the wastewater impact fee, for the **South District (Flintrock) Wastewater System** and the water impact fee for the **District-Wide Water Impact Fee Service Area**.  **Please use the links indicated by **
