Water Impact Fee:
WCID No. 17 announces an increase in Water Impact Fees set to begin on August 15, 2023.
The District Board of Directors has announced an increase in its Water system Capital Recovery Fee. The Water system Capital Recovery Fee was last increased in January 2021. The rate increase of $473 is necessary for funding of required system capital improvements necessary to supply full service at system buildout. The new impact fee amount will be $8,943 per LUE.
All landowners will have a grace period until August 15, 2023, to purchase system capacity at the previous Water Impact Fee amount, of $8,470 per LUE.
Flintrock Wastewater System Impact Fee:
WCID No. 17 announces an increase in the Flintrock Wastewater System Impact Fee set to take effect on August 15, 2023.
The District Board of Directors has announced an increase in its Flintrock Wastewater System Impact Fee. The Flintrock Wastewater System Impact Fee was last increased in January 2021. The rate increase of $2,698 is necessary for funding of required system capital improvements necessary to supply full service at system buildout. The new impact fee amount will be $22,641 per LUE.
All landowners will have a grace period until August 15, 2023, to purchase system capacity at the previous Wastewater Impact Fee amount, of $19,943 per LUE.
