Stage 2 watering restrictions are in effect until further notice based on severe drought conditions in the Highlands Lakes. This requires all residential and commercial customers to adhere to a two days per week watering schedule.
Travis County WCID No. 17’s Drought Contingency Plan requires the restriction of two days per week watering as a conservation device designed to ensure long- term continuity of water service to our customers. The District appreciates your making a difference and saving money as you help conserve this vital natural resource.

Monday & Thursday 0, 1, 2, 3 (Res) |
Tuesday & Friday 4, 5, 6 (Res) and Commercial / HOAs |
Wednesday & Saturday 7, 8, 9 (Res) |
Sunday no automated systems are allowed |
All watering shall take place one time per day and shall be conducted between 7 pm –10 am.
Note: Hose-end sprinklers and hand-held hose watering is allowed any day and shall also be conducted between 7 pm – 10 am.
