WCID 17 Plan Reviews

Residential:  A plan review is required to determine the proper meter size for service.  Plans should be submitted for review along with the District Service Agreement.  Also see the list of Service Application Forms by Subdivision that applies to some specific subdivisions.  Upon completion of the review, you will be notified of the meter size required and the proper fees that are to be paid. 

Non-Residential:  Plans should be submitted with an Application for Commercial/Subdivision Plan Review form along with teh appropriate review fee(s) as outlined on the application. 

When submitting plans for a subsequent review, please be sure to include a cover sheet or transmittal sheet with full explanation.  You may use the WCID 17 Plan Review Transmittal Sheet form if needed.
