***WCID17 ANNOUNCES NEW BILLING SYSTEM****

WCID 17 is proud to announce the conversion to a new web based billing system!  This new billing system went live beginning April 1, 2019 and will allow you to view your complete account history, consumption history, contact the District, view electronic images of your bill, set up recurring monthly payments or arrange to make a one-time online payment.

IMPORTANT – The login account you currently had is now DISCONTINUED.  New customer account numbers have been assigned in the new billing system.  All customers that have recurring monthly payments will be required to set up a new recurring payment in the new system.

Beginning April 1 all customers who had automatic payments setup under the previous billing system for recurring and/or one-time payments, MUST log into the new system using the security code issued on the new statement to set up recurring and/or one-time payments in the new billing system.  When you receive your monthly statement next week, please OPEN and read the statement to familiarize yourself with the new information and format.  Each statement will have a SECURITY CODE specific for your use to set up online payments.  Customers that use recurring or one-time payment options must set up their payment choice in the new system BEFORE APRIL 8, 2019 for the new system to withdraw this month’s payment(s).  Remember, the old system will not transfer any payment information to the new system.

Please note that all credit card transactions will be assessed a $2.00 convenience fee.  This includes payments made with a credit card online, in person or by phone.
