Board of Directors regular meetings are typically held the third Thursday of every month at 6 p.m. in the District’s main office at 3812 Eck Lane (see schedule below for dates.) Special meetings are scheduled and posted as required. Every regular meeting has time reserved for public comment at 6:15 p.m. and everyone is welcome.
Parties requesting placement of specific agenda item(s) to address the Board will have their name(s) listed with the item. This request must be presented to the Executive Assistant, in writing, ten days in advance of the meeting date(s) to allow timely filing. The District is committed to ensuring equal opportunity exists for disabled persons to participate in board meetings and serve on a board committee. Board meetings will be held in the District’s main office conference room, which is an accessible location, and other reasonable accommodations will be provided if this can be done without undue hardship to the District. Accommodation requests need to be made to the Executive Assistant one week in advance of the meeting date(s).
A Certified Agenda is posted below and on the District bulletin board, as required by law, 72 hours prior to the scheduled meeting. Minutes of such meetings are not posted on this website until they are approved by the Board at a following meeting.
