River Ridge Service Area
The River Ridge area, previously
served by a ground water system was transferred to Water District 17 operation and connected to surface
water in 2003. Waterline improvements are being done through a $1.1 million loan from the Texas Water
Development Board. River Ridge residents pay additional water fees to repay this loan. All
rates and fees are shown in this brochure.
Applicable to River Ridge Customers only - these rates are charged on the monthly water bill in addition to the water charges:

* Capacity Buy-In Fee $15.19 / month
* Out-of-District Fee $9.00 / month
